9 Things to Do When Preparing Your Home for Sale

Even if you don’t have carpeting in every room, consider installing hardwood floors in the living areas of your home. They are easy to clean and can add a classy touch to any room.  

If you have linoleum in your kitchen or bathroom, consider replacing it with ceramic tile. It looks great and is easy to clean.
